2. ATTEND the following pre-contract training programmes:

  • FIMM Combined Exam (FCE) - E-Learning (NO CPD Point)
  • Start Right with Best Practice (SRBP) - E-Learning (NO CPD Point)

AFTER CONTRACTED
  • Mastering Unit Trust Basics (MUTB) - Webex (8 CPD Points)
  • Rookie Blueprint (RB) - Webex (8 CPD Points)

Re-register UTCs


To kick-start your career with Public Mutual, you need to accumulate 16 CPD Points by attending the following courses:

COMPULSORY
  • Advance with Professionalism & Standards (APS) - E-learning (4 CPD Points)

OPTIONAL
Gain the balance CPD points from any of the following E-Learning modules:

  • The Power of Referral (TPR) – E-Learning (4 CPD Points)
  • Customer Service Mindset & Up-selling (CSM) – E-Learning (4 CPD Points)
  • DDA Gateway Towards Lasting Career (DDAG) – E-Learning (4 CPD Points)
  • Selling Unit Trust Successfully Through Concept Selling (SUTCS) – E-Learning (4 CPD Points)
